MY NAME IS MARK MUNIZ
I’m an illustrator/sculptor/painter/designer living in Greeley Colorado with my wonderful wife, and two amazing kids.
My Style:
It's an ever evolving one as I get older on this journey we all share through life. At the moment I have a tendency to lean toward darker moody design with an occasional lilt here and there. I prefer doing more pop comic styles of work for my illustrative work. I do create a lot of western themed work as well. Someday soon the two prevalent styles in my work will meet.
A quick rundown on my art path:
I grew up in a small town in Wyoming and I didn't pursue my artistic career right out of high school. I worked a lot of the jobs that were common in my state and finally decided I wanted to take the chance at an art career. I'm so glad I took the leap. It has led me to my wife and kids and the opportunity to do something I truly, truly love. What I do never feels like work, and I love making things that make people feel something.
Education:
I received a tremendous fine art education at Northwest Community College. I then acquired bachelor degrees in Communication Arts and Fine Art at Black Hills State University of South Dakota. I have been working as a commercial artist for more than 15 years. Samples of my Fine art work can be viewed at www.wakanart.com. I am currently represented by Westernheritage.com. They offer limited editions of belt buckles and Statues that I have created.
My Qualifications:
Successful business as a Freelancer (current)

Illustrator/Designer for apparel companies (current)
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
My clients range from:
